Before you write to us
What happens after I send the form?
A founder reads your brief and replies by email, usually with a few questions and a suggested time for a 30-minute call. If you added a WhatsApp number, we may message you there instead. You will also get a copy of your message by email.
Is the first call a sales pitch?
No. The first call is a working session about your process: what it costs you today, what could be automated and what that would take. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and suggest where to look instead.
Which way of contacting you is best?
Use the form if you can describe the process in a few lines, since it gives the founder context before replying. Book a 30-minute call if you would rather talk it through straight away, or message us on WhatsApp for a quick question. Email works for anything else, including documents you want us to review.
Can we sign an NDA before sharing details?
Yes. Several of our clients work with us under NDA. Mention it in your brief and we will send ours or sign yours before you share anything sensitive.
